Who You Are…

As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for outstanding direct customer experience. You have a strong understanding of professional sales processes and a high commitment to detail and follow-through. You are driven to finding wins and closing deals at a fast pace. You are passionate about winning and understand how your contribution helps your customers, teammates and company.

What You Bring…

Past outside sales experience and an understanding of in home direct selling. You are a learner and willingly embrace opportunities to grow and expand your skill set. You have good judgment and can interface with both customers as well as internal operational partners. You are up to speed on current technology and are familiar with basic project management, CRM and business software applications. As an Outside Sales Representative with Roof Rescue, you bring the ability to safely climb up and inspect a roof.

What You Will Own…

You represent the face of the company to homeowners, insurance adjusters and property management leadership. You will be responsible for generating leads. In addition, Roof Rescue provides active leads for Outside Sales Reps based on performance. You will provide complete and accurate project quotes to be delivered directly to the customer. You are accountable for closing the deals you quote and ensure every closed deal is accurately, completely and timely converted into a work order allowing the production team to deliver on our promise to the customer.

Roof Rescue provides training and technology for you to be effective in this role. Compensation is very strong, combining a base with upside commission allowing you to earn based on your ability to bring and close profitable business. Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
